18. TWO TIMES: In the town of Quakertown on Rt. 313 I have seen females with their baby coaches
crossing Rt.313 When two different cars swerving round two other cars making left hand turns - - - - The first car was
stopped, but then swerved round the car making a left turn, the car slammed on the brakes the car did a nose dive as
it stopped - - - - .BUT THE SECOND CAR JUST ZOOMED AROUND. making a left turn, the speed in
the town was 35 mph: slamming the brakes on there were skid marks on the road, the car almost hit the female
and the two little ones in the baby coach!

everyone about the “vortexes from the big trucks” that facing traffic is more

23. Bicycles, on the public road are to be used to go from point A to point B and nothing more! When kids with bicycles
are on the road not paying attention - - - Horsing around, and interfering with the flow of traffic then it is the
responsibility of the parents to take the bicycle(s) away from their young one! [àSomeone made a U-turn in front of
me, never looking to see if he would turn into an oncoming car, I not only had to brake the bicycle, I also had to put my
